At this time, we can prepare a whole Cabrito between 20 & 40 lbs.

Whole carcass orders are processesd as ordered.

We need a 10 day notice and a $75.00 non-refundable deposit to begin the process.

We ship in insulated containers with adequate dry ice to keep the product stabalized during shipping. We only charge fees for the actual cost of these items, there is never a "handling" fee charged when ordering from us.

To Order, send us an email and indicate what you would like us to ship. Please be certain to include your address to ensure accurate shipping fees.

If you live in the Upstate area of South Carolina, we may be able to make arrangements to meet and avoid shipping costs.
